"Three of us stayed the first night at the hotel and were in intense pain from the poor beds. We couldn't possibly spend another night there so we checked out and when We informed the lady at the desk of our discomfort and the reason for checking out a day early she only had to say, "You still have to pay because it's past check out time." I wasn't looking for reimbursement, I wanted to inform her that the accomodations were so painful that we were unable to spend another night there. NO customer service there! Poorest beds I have ever encountered in all of my travels."
